PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - The skies were partly to mostly cloudy today, but skies will clear this evening.

The clearing will set up beautiful conditions for Monday. We’ll see clear, sunny skies through the entirety of the day. Clouds will build back in Tuesday and Wednesday, but rain chances won’t really return to the forecast until late Wednesday night, into Thursday, and Friday as a cold front slides through. Clear skies will return again next weekend.

Temperatures today topped out in the upper 60s to low 70s for most of the Panhandle. Temperatures should be in the low to mid 60s for this time of the year. Temperatures will continue to warm with highs tomorrow in the 70s. By midweek, temperatures will sit in the mid to upper 70s. Temperatures will cool after the late week cold front so expect highs in the 50s next weekend.
