Allison Baker joined WJHG/WECP as a Weekend Anchor and multi-media journalist in June of 2021.
Allison is a Kentucky native who grew up in the horse capital of the world. She is trading in scenic drives through the horse farms for the sunny beaches in Panama City. Allison graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism.

At the end of the day, awards were announced which included the 2022-2023 District One Principal of the Year and that winner happened to be Bay High’s Principal, Blythe Carpenter. Bay High also took home an award for 2022-2023 District One Member of the Year, which went to senior Jazmira Guzman.
